Nadu joined Rising Tide as a volunteer whilst studying events management at college in 2007.  At Rising Tide she worked on some of our events and after showing considerable promise was trained to teach events management.  Nadu went on to assist RT at both Spotlight and Homegrown culminating in our biggest event to date, SpotlightLND at Indigo2.

Since then Nadu has gone from strength to strength, setting up her own events management company NP-Presents, working with brands such as Caterpillar, at major events such as the Return of the Rudeboy exhibition and the Spirit of London Awards.

We are so proud of Nadu and her achievements. Her best is yet to come.

Rico Ramone aka SNE (Sound Never Ends) joined Rising Tide in 2007 as a student on the RT summer programme Rising Records.  Rico quickly established himself as a talented rapper and together with other students formed underground rap collective Sound Of the Streets (SOS).

SOS embarked on the live scene circuit with shows throughout London, most notably at Rising Tides now legendary SpotlightLDN showcase at London’s O2 Arena (Indigo).

Rico also added singing to his arsenal of talents and fast became an artist to be reckoned with, tipped by both MOBO (Music Of Black Origin) and SB-TV as an artist to watch.  With tracks like ‘Tiana Major’ and ‘Come Again’ Rico has the capital smouldering, the country catching fire and the world waiting for the heat.
